We deliver across Nigeria and worldwide. You see the exact price before you pay — no estimate, no surprise on arrival.

What it costs

At checkout, once your address is in, we ask our couriers what they charge to carry your parcel there. You see each option with its real price and choose the one you want. That is what you pay us; we add nothing to it.

Delivery is not included in the price of a piece.

How long it takes

Your parcel leaves us within 2 working days of your order.

After that, within Nigeria: Abuja 1–2 working days, Lagos 2–3, elsewhere 3–5. Outside Nigeria, 7–14 working days.

Both parts matter — a piece ordered on Monday and posted on Wednesday reaches Lagos on Friday or Saturday.

Outside Nigeria

Customs duty and any import tax are payable by you when the parcel arrives in your country. These are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot tell you the amount in advance.

Following your parcel

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the courier has your parcel, and you can follow it from your account under Your orders.

If something goes wrong on the way

If a parcel is lost, or arrives damaged, tell us and we will make it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. We take it up with the courier ourselves; that part is not your problem to solve.
