Your parcel leaves us within 2 working days. After that: Abuja 1–2 working days, Lagos 2–3, elsewhere in Nigeria 3–5, and 7–14 working days internationally. You see the courier’s real price at checkout and pay it — delivery is not included in the price of a piece.
Each silhouette is cut in a small, limited run and finished by hand. When a piece sells through it is gone, so slight variation between one piece and the next is the nature of the cloth rather than a fault.
If a piece arrives faulty, yes: tell us within 48 hours with photographs and send it back within 7 days, and you choose a refund or a replacement. We do not take returns for a change of mind, and return postage is the customer’s.
Mose Essence is cut XS through 4XL — the full chart sits at /concierge/size-guide. If you’re between two sizes, our recommendation is to size up; the cuts are designed with a little ease.
